Why do some people play racquetball to 21 instead of 15? What is the story/history behind that. It seems professional racquetball/tournament racquetball is to 15. But many years ago 70

Why do some people play racquetball to 21 instead of 15? What is the story/history behind that. It seems professional racquetball/tournament racquetball is to 15. But many years ago 70s... it went to 21. Seems like intramurals, in colleges some go to 21? Does anyone know WHY? or the History of this?
